Ad Hoc Bookings
Owls and Earlybirds must be booked by noon on the day.
Breakfast and Supper Clubs must be booked by noon of the preceding Friday.
Prep is not available on an ad hoc basis.
Termly Bookings: Earlybirds, Owls, Prep, Breakfast & Supper Clubs
Termly bookings must be completed before the end of the first week of term via SCHOOLBASE ONLINE
You will be invoiced on a half termly basis, in arrears.
Please note that the cost will change from term to term according to the length of the term.
Earlybird and Owls - Key Information
These are available either for termly bookings or on an ad hoc basis:

Owls runs in two sessions after school:
Session 1 – from the end of the school day until 4.30pm
Session 2 – from 4.30pm to 5.15pm
Earlybirds The Hearnville Road gate opens at 7.45am.
Breakfast and Supper Clubs - Key Information
Breakfast and Supper Clubs are available on a termly basis via SCHOOLBASE ONLINE
You can now also book occasional days on an ad hoc basis, via the link at the top of this page. Please note that due to the necessity of ordering and preparing food in advance, bookings must be made BEFORE NOON ON FRIDAY OF THE PRECEDING WEEK. Please do not ask for exceptions to this.
Please note that termly bookings are discounted.
Breakfast Club. The Hearnville Road gate will open at 7.30am and the children will be taken to the Dining Hall for a breakfast of a low sugar selection of toasts, fruit, yoghurt/porridge bars.
Supper Club. After their clubs or Owls, the children will be taken to the dining hall for a cooked supper with the menu on a two week rotation, similar to the items on our lunch menus. We will publish the Supper Club menus in due course, when we have full allergy and dietary requirements of those booked in to Supper Club. The children will be taken to the Hearnville Road gate at 6pm for dismissal.
Please find below the Supper Club menu, however, this is subject to change due to availability of produce and numbers attending the club.
